    In our daily lives many of the higher jobs are occupied by men. Many jobs like lawyers, doctors and even politicians leave only a small place for women in those higher jobs. Even if most of the higher jobs are done by men, the government should not reserve a certain percentage for women. By trying to make a place for women in the higher jobs to make both genders equal it could only create trouble to many jobs since a certain percentage is reserved for women than if they miss workers in those jobs they can't use men to fill the place if the percentage of women is not filled. There should not be a minimum percentage of women in the higher jobs since it's not gender that counts but professionalism, women can still have a place in those jobs and many women are still famous leaders.

     First of all, to get a job the employers will not look at gender since it is not important compared to professionalism. If you are a man or a women trying to apply for a new job, the first thing the employer will look at is how professional you are. They won't choose depending of your gender since it would create inequality in both genders. Many higher jobs may be held by men but if no women apply for the jobs, it is pretty sure that they will be missing workers in that job if the percentage of women is not complete. It could create a problem on how much employees work for the employer and they may miss workers in those jobs. Often women reserve more time for their children and to do the domestic work in their house. Women usually want to spend more time taking care of their family then working to bring money back home like men do. The Government should not keep a certain percentage of higher jobs for women.

     Second of all, women can still get a place in the higher jobs. Higher jobs are not reserved for men only. Many women do work in jobs such as lawyers, doctors or polititians, women are just not as common as men in the higher jobs. It is way more common now to see a woman apply for a higher jobs, before women used to stay home and take care of their house and children since women were were not accepted in any kind of job, it wasn't see well. If the family didn't have enough money to make their family live they would send their oldest boys to work since women where not accepted. Women should not have a place reserved in higher jobs since in society now women can get any jobs they want since they now have the right to work and have the same rights as men.

                               

     Last of all, even if a certain percentage of higher jobs are not reserved for women many women are still famous in society today. An example of this is Marie Curie, she is one of those women who is still well remembered in society since she was working in physics and chemistry. She was also working on the first research on radioactivity and she was the first female to win a Nobel Price and the first women to be a teacher at the University of Paris. Before it was really hard for a woman to get a job in society since women didn't have rights compared to men. It shows that everything is possible if you really want it. Women now have way more rights then they used to and they don't need a certain percentage of the higher jobs to be kept to them since today everyone can get a job equally.

In conclusion, the governement should not reserved a certain percentage of higher jobs for women since it is not gender that counts but professionalism, women still have a place in those jobs and many women are still famous leaders just like Marie Curie. Women can have a place in higher jobs without passing a law to reserve them a place. Women are able to get a higher jobs just like men without having a precentage reserved for them, they should not be underestimated.
